Shoo Fly Pie and Apple Pan Dowdy

Shoo Fly Pie (写真上) と Apple Pan Dowdy (写真下) は Pennsylvania 州に移住してきたドイツ語圏の移民たちによる  “Pennsylvania Dutch cuisine” のデザートである。この曲は、1945 年に出版された曲で  Dinah Shore と Stan Kenton 楽団のものが有名である。
